Welcome to Etceterini.com! Etceterini.com is dedicated to the history, documentation, and preservation of etceterini cars. By definition etceterinis are hand made small displacement Italian racing cars which were produced from the late 1940's to the early 1960's. Most of these beautiful one off cars used Fiat running gear and had their own chassis, hand hammered aluminum bodies, and engines. They raced throughout Europe in races such as the legendary Mille Miglia and also competed heavily in American SCCA racing. Con il termine Etceterini si fa riferimento a quelle marche di automobili italiane artigianali (prevalentemente da corsa) di piccola cilindrata che spesso terminano in ..ini come: Bandini, Ermini, Giannini, Stanguellini, Volpini... etc. Furono costruite dalla fine degli anni quaranta fino agli inizi degli anni sessanta e utilizavano, in varia misura, elementi Fiat come il cambio o i mozzi ruota. La carrozzerie era di alluminio battuta a mano mentre il motore e il telaio erano perlopił realizzati autonomamente o sottoposti a pesanti modifiche. Corsero in tutta l'Europa in gare leggendarie come MilleMiglia e spopolarono anche nelle gare del campionato americano SCCA.
